Abrasive Peeler Model PE7CL used to remove the outer skin of fruits and vegetables through friction. Instead of using blades, these peelers have rough surfaces that rub against the produce, gently peeling away the skin. Auger System : The auger, or screw conveyor, is a central component. It's a spiral blade that rotates within a chamber, propelling the vegetables forward. The auger's speed is often adjustable, allowing operators to fine-tune the processing time and peeling intensity. Abrasive Peeling : The peeling action is achieved through abrasive rollers. These rollers have a rough surface that removes the outer skin of the vegetables through friction. Continuous Operation : PE-7cl peeler is designed for high-volume, uninterrupted processing. Vegetables are fed into the machine continuously, and peeled vegetables are discharged at the other end.
